We're seeking truck stop and gas station partners to help us test and validate our parking management system in real-world environments. Beta participants get to test our platform at their facility, allowing both parties to ensure it's the right fit before considering full implementation. This helps us gather valuable field data to refine our product.

An employee rolls out our mobile scanning cart and takes photos of license plates in your parking lot. The AI instantly decodes the plate numbers and logs them into the system, tracking which spots are occupied and for how long. It's simple, portable, and doesn't require complex installation.

The system allows for a 2-hour free parking window. After that time expires, the system automatically alerts your in-store computer that the vehicle needs to pay or receive a warning. You can print violation notices directly from the cart with photographic proof showing when the vehicle first arrived.

Our system provides documented photographic evidence of how long a vehicle has been parked. If someone is parking illegally or overstaying, you have timestamped photo proof that can be presented to law enforcement, making trespassing enforcement much more effective.

Instead of offering free parking indefinitely, you can charge for parking beyond the 2-hour free period. This turns your parking lot from an unused asset into a revenue-generating space, similar to how other truck stops and facilities in your area operate.

Our mobile cart system is designed to be portable and easy to use. We provide a dedicated laptop/computer system for your facility that runs our parking management dashboard separately from your existing point-of-sale systems. This keeps parking operations independent from your gas and retail checkout processes.

While we're initially focusing on truck stops and gas stations with parking facilities, our system can work for any business dealing with parking lot control and enforcement issues. The key is having a need to manage parking duration and capture revenue from extended parking.
