Gateway AI Systems provides AI-powered parking management solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Real-time parking monitoring and analytics
  • Mobile applications for parking management
  • Management dashboards and reporting tools
  • Technical support and maintenance services

User Responsibilities

Specific service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and response times, are detailed in separate Service Level Agreements provided to enterprise customers.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in the applicable service contract. Upon termination, access to services will be discontinued and data retention will follow our standard policies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gateway AI Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
